Data used to deliver purchases

The service processes billing name, company, email, country, purchased products, authorized users, license acceptance, serial numbers and delivery history.

Billing identity is printed in personalized PDF copies. Master files and issued copies remain in private storage and downloads require authorization.

Payment information

Stripe acts as merchant of record. This service does not request or store card numbers, CVV or the internal cardholder name maintained by a bank.

Product notices

Product and edition notices are sent only when the customer has opted in. That preference can be changed by contacting ControlSphere until self-service preferences are added.

Retention and requests

Accounting, license and delivery records are retained only for approved operational and legal periods. ControlSphere must publish the final periods and request channel before launch.
